Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, you simply lose access. You only pay when you choose to subscribe.
What does the annual plan save me?
About $40 a year vs. paying monthly. Same features, less paperwork.
Can I subscribe through the App Store or Google Play?
Yes — when you sign up on iOS or Android, the subscription is billed through Apple or Google with the same monthly and annual options. Manage it from your phone's subscription settings.
I run an agency. Can I pay for my whole team?
Yes. Sponsor Subscriptions let one person pay for multiple clinicians at $19.99/seat/month under one invoice — set it up directly in the app. See our agencies page for the full picture.
Is my patient data secure?
Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. ZigBuddy is HIPAA-aligned and a Business Associate Agreement is available to Covered Entities — contact us if you need one. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays with you — you can return any time and pick up where you left off.
Will my price ever go up?
It can, occasionally. When we change prices, we email you well in advance — you'll never see a different charge on your card without warning. You can cancel or switch plans any time before a price change takes effect.
Do you have a refund policy?
All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law — but the 14-day free trial exists so you can try without paying anything. If something genuinely went wrong, get in touch.
