ZigBuddy
For agencies

Equip the team.
See it get done.

Sponsor ZigBuddy seats for your clinicians under one invoice — and skip the expense reports, status emails, and IT tickets. They get the planning, routing, and documentation tools they already trust. You stay in the loop on every visit.

Why sponsor

Three boring reasons. One invoice.

One bill, every clinician.

Replace 50 expense reports with one monthly invoice. Add or remove seats any time. Per-seat pricing, no tiers, no minimums.

Compliant by default.

One Business Associate Agreement covers the agency and every clinician you sponsor. HIPAA-aligned safeguards everywhere; encrypted in transit and at rest.

Onboard in seconds.

Most home health clinicians already know ZigBuddy. Your seat sponsorship picks up their existing account — no IT ticket, no training day.

Shared notebooks

Load it once. Every clinician has it.

Drop a patient list onto a shared notebook once — names, addresses, phone numbers, the lot. Every clinician you share that notebook with pulls it onto their phone with one tap of sync. Your updates flow downstream; their visit logs flow back.

  • Load patients once — every clinician on the notebook gets the full record, no double entry
  • Send address and contact updates downstream — clinicians pull them in on sync, so their on-the-road edits don't get clobbered
  • See from your side which patients are getting visits — and which aren't yet
  • Notebook segregation — your patient data only reaches the clinicians you've shared with

Visibility

See exactly what's getting done.

Open any patient in a shared notebook from your account. See their full visit timeline — last visit, who saw them, what came back, what's scheduled next. No status emails, no pings to the clinician.

For your clinicians

Sponsorship pays the seat. Clinicians keep the rest.

We're upfront with sponsored clinicians about what changes and what doesn't. It builds trust on both sides.

What the agency does

  • Pays the monthly seat
  • Shares patients via a notebook the clinician joins
  • Ends the seat any time the relationship ends

What the clinician keeps

  • Their own login and account
  • Patients they added, in their own private notebooks
  • Mileage and earnings history across all their work
  • Their account if your sponsorship ends — they can subscribe themselves to keep going
Compliance

HIPAA-aligned, BAA-ready.

ZigBuddy was built for home health from day one — HIPAA isn't a checkbox we added later, it's a constraint we designed around.

A single Business Associate Agreement covers the agency and every clinician you sponsor. Send us your organization's name and we'll get you started.

FAQ

The questions agency owners ask.

How does sponsor billing work?

You pay $19.99 per seat per month under a single invoice. Add or remove seats any time. No tiers, no minimums, no annual lock-in.

What happens when a clinician leaves?

Cancel the seat. The clinician keeps their account with their own login, their own patient list, and all their history. They can subscribe themselves to keep using ZigBuddy, or wait it out — if you re-sponsor them later, everything's still there.

Is there a minimum number of seats?

No. Sponsor one clinician or fifty — same per-seat price, same single invoice.

Can we sponsor 1099 contractors, not just W-2 employees?

Yes. Sponsorship is a billing relationship, not an employment one. Many agencies sponsor a mix of staff and contract clinicians.

How does the BAA work for sponsored clinicians?

One signed Business Associate Agreement covers the agency and every clinician you sponsor. Contact us for more information.

Can our agency share visits and patients with our clinicians inside ZigBuddy?

Yes — that's what shared Notebooks are for. The agency and the clinician both see the same patients and visits in a shared notebook.

Do clinicians need an existing ZigBuddy account, or can we onboard them fresh?

Either works. Already on ZigBuddy? Your sponsorship picks up their existing account. New to ZigBuddy? They sign up and your seat is waiting for them.
