Delete your account.
You can permanently delete your ZigBuddy account and all associated data at any time, from inside the app.
How to delete
Four steps, inside the app.
- 1
Open ZigBuddy.
On your phone, tablet, or at app.zigbuddy.com in any browser.
- 2
Go to Settings.
Tap your profile icon, then choose Settings.
- 3
Open Security & Privacy.
Scroll the settings list and tap "Security & Privacy".
- 4
Check "Permanently delete my account."
A warning appears. Once enabled, your account and all associated data are automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
Before you delete
Cancel your subscription first.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an active subscription. Cancel separately, in the place you signed up:
- Apple App Store — cancel from Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
- Google Play Store — cancel from Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions on your Android device.
- Web subscription — cancel from inside ZigBuddy under Account → Manage subscription.
What gets removed
Everything tied to your account.
Once your account is deleted, we permanently remove all data we hold for you — your patient list, appointments, notes, routes, settings, and account profile. There is no recovery after 90 days.
We retain only what we’re required to by law (e.g. anonymized payment records for tax purposes). Details in our Privacy Policy.
